2. Eligibility

3. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

After payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access according to the delivery method described on the applicable product page.

4. Client Services

Clients receiving marketing, consulting, design, coaching, or management services may also enter into a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, Statement of Work, or Contract.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed client agreement, the executed client agreement will control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to complete Services.

  • Supply requested assets, branding materials, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Review all deliverables before publication or implementation.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions, licenses, or rights for content provided to Sparkfire Social LLC.

Sparkfire Social LLC is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.

6. Communication

Communication may occur through email, phone, Zoom, project management software, messaging platforms, or other mutually agreed methods.

Clients are responsible for responding promptly to requests for information or approvals.

7. Payments

Payment terms are outlined at checkout or within your client agreement.

Invoices must be paid according to the stated due date.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of Services

  • Delayed delivery

  • Removal of access to Products

  • Collection efforts as permitted by law

Sparkfire Social LLC reserves the right to refuse future Services for unpaid balances.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate Services according to any signed client agreement.

If no separate agreement exists:

  • Work completed before termination remains billable.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Outstanding invoices remain due immediately.

Sparkfire Social LLC reserves the right to terminate Services immediately for abusive behavior, non-payment, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to digital Products and the nature of customized marketing services, all sales are final.

Sparkfire Social LLC does not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for:

  • Digital products

  • Templates

  • Courses

  • Memberships

  • Downloads

  • Coaching sessions already completed

  • Consulting sessions already completed

  • Marketing services already performed

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Failure to use purchased materials

  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content created by Sparkfire Social LLC remains protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

  • Templates

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Course materials

  • Branding

  • Written content

  • Downloads

  • Educational resources

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:

  • Resell our Products.

  • Copy or redistribute our materials.

  • Share download links.

  • Claim our work as your own.

  • Upload Products to sharing websites or marketplaces.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

11. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sparkfire Social LLC may display completed projects, designs, websites, branding, social media graphics, marketing materials, testimonials, and publicly available work in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or other marketing materials.

We will never disclose confidential business information without permission.

12. Educational Purpose Only

Our Products, courses, coaching, and educational materials are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing provided by Sparkfire Social LLC constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Sparkfire Social LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Followers

  • Engagement

  • Website traffic

  • Business growth

  • Marketing performance

  • Search engine rankings

  • Return on investment

Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, customer behavior, platform algorithms, and your own implementation.

Past success does not guarantee future results.

14. Affiliate Disclosure
