Terms of Service
By working with Sparkfire Social LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services & Scope
All services will be outlined in a custom package, proposal, or written agreement. Any requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and adjusted timelines.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Services are billed monthly or per project. Work will not begin until the initial payment is received. Late payments may result in a temporary pause in service.
Turnaround & Deadlines
We commit to meeting all agreed-upon deadlines. Delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, or client-side approvals may result in rescheduled timelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, login credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Clear communication is essential to keep the project on track.
Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions (usually one to two rounds, depending on the package). Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds are not provided for work that has already been completed or is in progress.
Confidentiality
All information shared with Sparkfire Social will be kept confidential. We do not share client materials or internal discussions outside of the scope of the project.
Creative Ownership
Final deliverables belong to the client once full payment has been received. Sparkfire Social retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
